The NGS Thinking Boudoir hits York
On Saturday the 26th of April, the York Branch hosted a one day “Thinking Boudoir” at the University. We papered over the lino tiles at one of the busiest and most dynamic areas on campus and at the centre was written one simple, yet resonating question: How would you change the world? We scattered the surrounding areas with cushions and pillows and to promote an easy going environment where people could wander in, discuss their ideas and then write their suggestions onto our huge montage mural.A diverse selection of our new generation clamboured to be part of the project and, armed with an array of paints and coloured pens, we created a wonderfully comprehensive ideas factory about what could be done to solve the problems currently faced across our planet.
